Screening Options:

You may choose one of the following methods to verify your identity:

  • LinkedIn Profile or Company Website + Government-Issued ID:
    Provide a link to your LinkedIn profile or company website, along with a clear photo of your government-issued ID.

  • Blank Email from Your Work Email Address:
    Send a blank email from your work email to my discreet, unlisted email (available upon request).

  • Work Badge + Government-Issued ID:
    Provide a photo of your work badge showing your name and company, along with your government-issued ID.

Ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience is my top priority, which is why I have a screening process in place for all new clients. Rest assured, all information is viewed solely by me and handled with the highest level of confidentiality.

After submitting the completed form. All screening materials can be sent to my email at meetlilyswan@gmail.com. For those who require an additional level of discretion, I offer an unlisted email address—simply ask, and I will provide it.

Deposit & Payment

Booking an appointment with me will require a 30% non refundable deposit of my total donation. For travels outside my location (Houston) a 50% deposit and all travel cost is required to be covered.


Deposits and payments can be made through various methods that will be provided during the booking process. The remaining fee is made through cash, it can be done using an envelope, it can be placed in a nice greeting card, a book, or flowers.


In the case of a cancellation made no later than 48 hours prior to the appointment, the deposit will be applied to your next appointment.
